Department Overview

Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) is a multi-year transformation to enable Global Finance to achieve its vision of being a strategic advisor to the business where Finance is shaping and leading critical strategic initiatives across the enterprise, driving growth and enterprise value. This program focuses on all aspects of Finance, including transformation across our people, processes, operating model, and technology. GF Mod will improve the employee experience and allow Finance to deliver a more seamless and consistent experience to its customers. 

 

The Functional Solutions Lead - Procure-to-Pay (PTP) & Travel & Expense (T&E) role will enable the functional solutions design & deployment of PTP within the Oracle ERP Cloud solution and of T&E within the SAP Concur T&E solution. This person will report to the Functional Solution Director and will be responsible for the documentation of solution requirements, facilitation of solution decisions, participation in the workshops and solutioning in conjunction with key stakeholders.  

 

This role will support in reviewing key design decisions /configurations /functional & technical designs, functional aspects of integrations, reports and extensions, & key risks and gaps throughout the program’s lifecycle. 

Duties

  • Lead the delivery of the Oracle ERP Cloud – PTP modules such as Procurement, Payables, and Payments and of the Global Concur T&E Solution 
  • Serve as a PTP & T&E module/application expert, coordinating Finance solution and tools, transactional and reporting capabilities, interfaces, testing, and any related communications or training support related to that functional capability 
  • Support in the development of functional design documents and requirement traceability matrixes 
  • Partner with key Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for the solution and leverage those requirements to deploy the solution 
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders, the Tech Solution Lead, and 3rd party vendors to improve system integration between solutions  
  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to design / enhance PTP / T&E processes to better leverage the solutions  
  • Work closely with the Finance Analytics team on reporting/analytics needs to develop and enhanced capabilities as needed 
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity with Finance solutions
  • Support resolution of data errors and problems and ensure data integrity 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years with demonstrated experience deploying ERP Cloud solutions in large multinational organizations
  • Ability to understand Finance and business requirements for PTP & T&E and translate those into prioritized, executable solutions 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with management both within and outside of Finance 
  • Ability to develop / maintain strong business relationships 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills 
  • Strong knowledge of ERP Cloud solutions and T&E Solutions to identify areas for optimization. Oracle ERP experience is a plus 
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills 
  • Proven project management experience; ability to balance multiple initiatives and project timelines and prioritize responsibilities 
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to support design & implementation efforts

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year
